Our Process
Every project begins with a conversation and walkthrough of the space. We want to understand your needs, limitations and what excites you about your project. During this walkthrough we will identify areas of concern, potential issues, and discuss timelines, budgets and scope.
Once we have clarified and confirmed all of your needs and wants for the space, we will send a detailed proposal outlining a project plan and budget. This process typically starts with a Design and Construction Doc fee which kicks off our design process.
With scope and timeline determined, we will schedule a design meeting to get into the nitty gritty. We will capture 3D models of the space, coordinate surveys as needed, and work through layouts and elevations of each space as well as selecting finish materials to help you visualize the finished product.
Now the fun begins and the hammers start swinging! At this stage, we bring your project to life. Regular communication and check-ins are scheduled to keep you up to speed on your new space.
